I am the stone that the builder refused...

You can't handle the truth

Or more accurately titled: you are living a lie because there is no truth.

There is no remainder. You cannot eliminate falseness from itself. Everything is as is everything else. The same matter and stuff pervades every aspect of our universe. Why do you cut apart the everything and distinguish a small something as separate from the everything?

Is it not better to keep the connection? Is it not more helpful to think that everything has some connection to everything, by virtue of it being the same, even though it's different?

We cut apart the universe piece by piece until we feel that our minds can sit comfortably on a series of truths. We've defined it all, the theory encompasses everything. I have truth and there is nothing left to question. I am left with nothing.

I refuse to believe in nothing. By definition, there cannot be nothing. To think of something that is nothing is still to think of something. No one can perceive nothing.

There is no remainder.

Do not continue subtraction and division of the universe, seeking the remainder, the truth. Don't eliminate. Practice addition, add the same to the same. Increase the size of your universe to have everything. It may be different, but it is all the same.

Find out how much fun it can be to find more of the same in everything that you think is different...

(This was inspired by a post on Darcy's blog that I read today. He will no doubt accuse me of being an insane nihilist now.)
